Problems contacting Alquist Arms

Howdy guys

Just wondering if anyone is having trouble contacting Alquist Arms or did they get a new number? I have been trying since they opened and it just rings a bunch of times and drops the call. Usually it rings once and goes to an automated system to direct you to 1 of the 2 stores but this isn't happening. I am using the regular number stored on my phone. its the same one on yelp and google.

Does anyone know an alternate number or maybe email?

I don't have an alternative number but I hope they are just busy from all the SSE orders and their phone system is just overwhelmed. Going to give them a call tomorrow about my deposit on a VP9 so I will let you know if I get through.

^^^This...and the fact that they get really busy. I have the same problem sometimes. Just keep trying and they'll eventually answer.

Thanks for the info. I was gonna call them this week and check on my incoming VP9 too. Now I know to check in via email.

Was there today. They are pretty busy. When you step into the store you have to take a deli number and wait your turn to be helped. The Sales associates are constantly working nonstop as well.

I was wondering why I could not get in contact with anyone until I got there. Oh my! It resembled the DMV with people taking a number and everyone waiting around. Great customer service and did not wait as long as I thought I would be there when I first arrived.

Ya they re awesome.. They re literally the best gun shop I ve been to ever.. and I use to live in SoCal for a few years and have been to all the top SoCal shops..

Awesome prices and great people... just expect to wait... maybe that ll die down since SSE is done for now.

I was in yesterday at lunch and the wait wasn't bad. I overhead one of the salespeople tell a customer that at the height of the SSE craze, they would have people take a number and tell them to come back in an hour or so.
