        Great work OP. How long did it take you to build it?

        For aesthetics only, I am wondering if you mounted the paddle to the arm across the top or bottom (rather than in the middle of the paddle), would the bullet impacts eventually break the weld or bend the paddle?

        Great idea! I was wondering how to prevent bounce back or only partial display of the target.

        The OP could simply hit the current rig with an angle grinder and create that "spear point".
