Are you implying that is sufficient cause? I am a big guy and would like to assume that I would get the same level of consideration to not get killed as a 5'10 slim framed guy.

according to reports of the officer's side of the story (key word being 'reports' since it has not come out officially yet), Mike Brown pushed him back into his police car, then punched him in the face, then tried to grab the gun once the officer drew it. with that being said (and assuming it is indeed the real account), if anyone tried that (regardless of size) , then ran away and doubled back at me, i would also feel 'in fear for my life'.

now consider the fact that confirmed reports state 6 shots were fired/landed on Mike Brown. well, police officers dont have 6 round mags..hell they dont even have 10 rounders. they carry 10+ if i'm not mistaken.
so it sounds to me like the officer had some form of restraint in his action of shooting at Mike Brown. if not, we would be hearing that he emptied his entire mag on the kid.
again, none of this is confirmed and in all honesty, anything anyone says at this point is pure speculation..which is not the wisest of things to be doing as we all know. Once all the facts are out, from confirmed credible sources, then I will make my assumptions.
