I just came from Cobra Tactical Inc. in Valencia, CA. and I think I just found my favorite new gun shop! I will be using them to complete a transfer for a gun being shipped to me. I went in to meet them and talk to them in person before deciding to use them. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable!
Another FFL that many people locally use will no longer do a transfer that isn't face-to-face unless you are a member. The membership is $300 per year and you get one "free" transfer -still pay DROS.
