A friend of mine is planning on buying a rifle from a private partyy next week. His CA drivers license has a PO box address but he has CA registration for his street bike with the current address. Good to go with FFL?
Last few times i did a transfer, I needed registration due to old info on my license. Just making sure laws havent changed in the last few months. Or if a PO box throws a wrench.
