Hunting question

I have never been hunting, Ima hit up the local Turner's for info on hunting licenses but, i wanted to know are their any restrictions with hunting with a compliant Ak? It has a 5 shot raddlock mag and has wooden furniture, no folding or collapsing stock. Its an OLL and everything else is compliant. Hit me up with da info. Thanks!

You would need to source condor-compliant (pure copper HP or soft-point) ammo for your AK, if you are hunting in any of these zones : http://www.dfg.ca.gov/wildlife/hunti...rvationAct.pdf

Finding affordable 7.62x39mm HP or SP in pure copper may be harder than you think.

There have been cases of OLL rifles being illegally seized on BLM land.

Your good to go. I found PBF 7.62x39 at my local shop. Most places in the condor zones carry PBF ammo.

Otherwise, just make sure your nice and close to your game when you fire on it with your AK. What do you plan on hunting?
