I have some weapons that are in the vid. I collect some Latin American guns. I have a semi auto Trejo and that FN Mauser carbine but it's real rough as many Mexican surplus guns are. I've been looking for that Arisaka but have only ever seen one in person and 2-3 at auction and they go high.

The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson (quoting 18th century criminologist Cesare Beccaria)"

ATF gave a class many years ago at San Bernardino County Sheriff's Academy i attended as a young deputy. I got to handle a Trejo in .22 caliber. Amazing the rpm that little pistol could put out. Thanks for the video.

That' s odd so many popped up in one place. Thse and especially the straight pull should have really gone to auction to realize full potential I wonder who bought them and what they sold for? For being in the southwest and close to border, Mexican guns rarely come up in my travels.

There is a Mexican Steyr Mausen on Gunbroker tright now but it's basically a wallhanger and guy won't ship here. It's too bad as they are scarce. Trejo cyclic rate is like 1400 rpm. I've heard LE comes across them occasionally in SoCal and confiscates them.

I think the LASD crime lab has one I saw a post about it years ago on THR. I have semi auto parts kits as well for the 22 and 380. I'm having trouble finding info on the 32 version. My semi 22 is the even more rare target version.

I don't think those are rare in MX.
