    Gallowtech Gun Racks

Anyone using these and can provide feedback? Seems nice and configurable as needs change. Got a storage issue I need to figure out a solution for.

Look badass like the Punishers locker or Wade Wilsons closet. Problem is, firearms are not secure. Probably would be cool for LEO or people who have a secured room for their guns.

The first picture here shows a locking cabinet.

I found Gallowtech through a google search and as near as I can tell, they're pretty new and debut at Shot Show this year. It seems like they've got the basic system and now they're working on additional variants. But that's just my guess.

Ok. More of a wood rack with firearms kinda guy?

I'm really more concerned with function than look.

Looks like a pegboard to me.

1/4" pegboard works perfectly...ship some plastic tubing or heat-shrink over the hooks and you're gtg. You can also find plastic bins that fit the pegboard for mags or cleaning stuff.

Those are like the racks I see at the gunstore. However, the LGS racks look custom made...

would be nice to attach to the dividing wall in my safe so I could vertically mount my shorter rifles. As they are now they're in socks and leaning up on their taller, properly seured brothers.

How do you mount vertically using pegboard (with the grip coming out from the wall, not flush against it)?

Use a Short, straight peg, with a plastic tip.. and slide it into the barrel..

Looks good. I'd love to line the walls of a safe room with those and go to town filling them up. Although, I suppose I should get started on the actual safe room itself before I concern myself with racks for the walls....
