    TGI Fridays

I was sitting down at TGIF, taking advantage of their unlimited appetizers. After ordering, I decided to check on my CalGuns sale threads (no signal where I was sitting so i connected to their wi-fi), and found out I was hit with this:

So, I've tried RifleGear.com.. same thing! How about everytown.org? Works perfectly.

Do you guys support these types of restaurants or do you guys feel like they have the rights to block types of websites?

I personally believe that private business have the rights to ban guns on their property, but at the same time, I feel if I don't speak up then it'll spread.

    What you guys think?

It's the built-in filter in the firewall. If anything, it's the hardware manufacturer that is at fault here.

No point in getting all worked up. These issues will slowly resolve themselves as we gain traction where it really matters - courts and laws.

They have the right to allow or block whatever they want on their WiFi. You have the right to use your own Internet access or pick a different restaurant. Let the management know what your decision is, and why. That might or might not change their policies.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

like IVC said it's built in default in some software firewalls.

Turnkey firewall solution. It probably still has the default login set.

Doesn't bother me what they do. Besides, I don't go to restaurants to browse internet sites or read my email. Although I see it all the time. People go to lunch and don't even look at each other.
