New colt Mustang XSP 380 ?

Hi folks, I received my new copy of GUNS magazine, and have noticed that colt has a drawing for a New Mustang XSP 380.

But it also states that if you live in restricted area that you will disqualified from drawing and a new winner declared.

So I can find nothing on this firearm, is it, or isn't it legal in CA.

My guess is NO, but you may no better than I...

It's not on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale, which means CA residents are disqualified from the contest/drawing.
