    Glock .22 coversion kit

Has any one tried this conversion for a Glock ? It would be nice to shoot .22 all day for the price of .40's

I had one for a few months. Used it for awhile. No complaints, just make sure you use the recommended ammo .. mine only liked MiniMags. Sold it and the guy who bought it likes it.

A friend of mine also has one and shot it quite a bit. No problems with good ammo.

Like all semi auto .22 there's occassional FTF, but not enough to say it's a problem.

    Both were used on G23s

As of right now street price, 40 is about as much as 22 lol

I'd opt for the 9mm barrel instead. Like above 22 kits and guns in general are picky. And right now isn't the best time to buy a picky 22 kit. I say a better investment is a 40-9 barrel FWIW. But either way as long as you hit the range that's a win in my book

I have a .40 cal barrel for my Glock 33 just so that I could consolidate my ammo buying.

With the .22 prices and availability coming down I thought this would be a good way to go rather than buying a new pistol.

          I have one, Advantage Arms, that works with 19, 23, 25 and 32's - Gen 1-3. NO Gen 4's. I don't use it anymore... because I don't have a Glock anymore.

I have one, they run good and make a nice training aid.

This is just my opinion, but at $275, I'd just buy another gun. Turners has Browning buckmarks for $300.

But that wouldn't really help the OP in becoming familiar with the controls and trigger of his particular Glock

Got one for my G30, only bad is the sights are not the same. You can shoot 22 all day but 45 takes it toll.

True, your money is better off spent on a Ruger 22/45, but then like I said, it's a good training aid to start out the Glock platform with.
