    The AK Gym

I picked up my Arsenal Sam7k AK pistol yesterday from jail.

As I was safely handling it, unloaded in a safe direction with my finger off the trigger, I noticed that my shoulder and bicep were mildly sore after holding the pistol in place for a minute or so (arm extended).

I decided to continue my arm extended-arm lifts and felt a good burn in my muscles.

My wife wanted to get me some dumbbells, but I think I may have found a motivating way to build up some upper body strength without buying any more equipment.

Has anyone else done anything similar before?
