I have a job offer in WA that I am in negotiations finalizing.

I can't wait to move. Cheaper to live in WA and better laws.

I have intentionally not purchased any guns the last 6 months with this move in mind just so I could save up and buy what I want in a free state. The first purchase is an HK VP9 LE model, then some suppressors after the appropriate paper work and finally an AR Pistol. I will also complete the AR 10 build.

The best part is that I am getting paid more in WA than in CA.

Have a safe trip and enjoy. I had a job offer up there. Two things kept me from taking it. The sun or lack of was one of those things. The other was suicide rate for people who move from other States to Washington. jj

Whereabouts in Washington State are you moving to?

If in the Puget Sound area ... well ... I can say this much. The Puget Sound area is very much bright blue and as liberal as the SF Bay Area in California.

However, if you move on over to the Eastern side of WA, (Tri-cities area, Spokane) ... well ... moving there will be like moving to your so-called 'free state'.

It would have been much easier to just get a job in Bakersfield California. The politics and atmosphere there is like a difference between night and day between the Central Valley and the SF Bay Area.
