You know, I have gone to like 3 or 4 of the shows and since I am not familiar with the area I don't even know how to get into the parking area. I just park on the street running along side the show next to that tram stop, it is free and less than a 20 second walk to the line.

I parked in the beach lot before. Got some funny looks from surfers while slinging a rifle over my shoulder and heading towards the convention center.

I just got back.. It was ok. Nothing exciting.

I almost bought a Saiga for $340 but decided not too. I did buy a pair of Peltors for a very cheap price. Stopped by CWS and bought a BB. I guess i'm going to start my first build.. Wish me luck. lol

Got back, played with Saiga 12 gauges for big bucks, really unimpressed with quality. I guess if you spend the time and money afterwords to tweak them would be OK? Valtro 12 gauge pump (sp?) for 600 with three mags. Again looked kinda cheesy quality-wise. A bad turnout and dealers were complaining about sales. I have noticed the last three shows or so have been very slow, counterprogramming between Central coast and this show hurts both venues.

Bakersfield show last weekend was the best in 5 years! I got a Lew Horton Carry comp 686 NIB with all the paperwork and accessories (pre-lock) for $675 and another C.O.P .357 back up. Will post the COP here for sale next week to give CAlgunners a chance on it...
