    Buying guns is addicting

I already have a kahr P9 which I like and is my normal carry option. But I really want a shield 9 for some reason. I never thought we would see the California compliant ones. Went looking at one today and like the way it feels. The problem is do I really need it. The best price in my area is $449.00.

Its not about needing it, its about wanting it.

It is. I told myself I'd stop at one.

PBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBHHHHHHHHHHTTTTTTTTTTTTTT Yeah right. I guess I don't know myself very well. That, or I just never truly believed or understood how addicting this hobby can become.

Have shot both. The triggers are the biggest difference. Even though I have a Kahr and like its trigger, I prefer the Shield's. The shield will conceal better than the P9. GET IT! you will not regret it.

        answer: yes, you need it

My 30-day wait is nearly over and I've been eyeing another handgun and most recently I've been wanting to also purchase a 10/22 and/or Sig 522. It is difficult to stop

I thought I'd get just one, too. Well, I got one, an M&P9.

... and I already have a list that'll probably run me into next year.

                    • 1911... maybe a Springfield Loaded? I'll figure it out when I get there. It's a long way off and I'm not in a rush.

So far I'm holding steady on not getting into long guns, but if I ever get into 3-gun, that whole idea's shot.

Check out the armory in clovis. They should have one or two in stock and I'm pretty sure it's cheaper than that. Pay with cash and you will at least get 3% off. Haggle a bit and you can probably have them cover the sales tax.

Take the 180 east, get off on fowler, head north a mile or two and it's on your left

Looked at the armory website and they had the shield 9 listed at $550

Give the armory a call because I'm pretty sure it's in the 430 range at the store. You could also call Spenser's firearms and see whst there price is. They. Are about ten minutes north of fresno on the 41
