Let me clarify a bit.
I made this for personal use(never could figure out why I couldnt get a holster that would carry my back up mag).
But anyway a buddy of mine seen and thought that it was a good idea, and wants me to make him one for his sig.
I thought no problem, But then he wants one for is glock.
So then I got to thinking if someone already has this in production and I start making one for everybody and there dog I would get in trouble.
But if no one has one in production,I am cool and I might see if anyone else would be interested in one.

Actually if you look it is a straight drop from my of hand down. Instead of reaching back to the off hand side.

If you are just looking for a holster, there are companies like Hidden Hybrid Holster or Crossbreed. I am not sure about an integrated mag pouch. I carry my mags on my weak hand side.

Look at the Incog holster. It can accommodate your back up mag

The INCOG holster has an optional mag carrier that can be attached. It's designed for appendix carry though.

It doesn't seem that hard to reach over with your weak hand to grab that spare mag. But I would make it sit a little higher.
