What Gun shops in Vegas is a must to visit?

Going to Vegas this weekend. What shop should I vist that I have the best chance for ammo and gun accessories? Also do the shops check ID for ammo and magazines?

American Shooters is my favorite (30rd PMAGS are $12+change right now).
Discount Firearms has a lot of full-priced gear and accessories.
Stay away from The Range 702 and The Gun Store..too many tourists.
Yes, they check ID's for guns and ammo, but not much else.
Bass Pro Shop is fully stocked with ammo.

Don't visit any, it will only make you depressed. I went to the Scottsdale Gun Club yesterday in AZ. Piles of 30, 60, and 100 round mags, and rows of suppressors. No BB's, SBR's just hanging on the wall. I had to leave before I started shedding tears.

Bass pro shop has some of the nicest mounts on the walls.
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

When I lived there, New Frontier Armory in the North East was my favorite store. They're a bit off the strip but well worth the trip in my opinion. They'll probably have the best prices as well. Lock and Load in the South East is also a bit off the strip but they're in my opinion the second best in town and also have reasonable prices. I've only been there a couple of times but Gun Garage is very close to the strip and they have fair prices and also a range where you could rent machine guns if you wanted.

American Shooters is nice but a bit higher prices. I would shy away from The Gun Store and Citadel Gun and Safe personally. Both stores have a pretty bad reputation in town.

I've never been carded for buying anything at any of the stores I recommended, or even the ones I didn't like. Things are a lot more open out there and buying firearms, ammo, and accessories is much more accepted and normal than compared to here.

Also, I'd agree that Bass Pro Shops is worth the stop if you're driving into town. They're a bit higher priced but they have a great selection of stuff to look at.

Agreed about Lock N' Load. Nice selection, but no range.

Bass Pro and Battlefield vegas. There are a lot more but those two stood out to me.

Why do they check ID for ammo or a mag? You have to be old enough??

Marxman. Ex Californians. They have lots of good stuff for a small shop, and if you like AK's you'll love their shop.

California, where all of the good stuff is banned, registered, regulated or prohibited, yay.....

Thanks for the answer. But isn't it 8 years old to buy cigarettes or booze in Nevada? Wonder why they get so worked up about ammo?
