I built a box for my handgun. (Calguns creative people)

I had some extra wood from another project and decided to build a gun for my k40. It's was the only one of my pistols that didn't have a box.

I want to build one for my shotgun and adapters. Any of you guys have some pictures of your projects? Be cool to see some of your guys creations.

The work isn't bad, but that wood is not really great, and you might want to get a better saw blade for those cross cuts - looks like your blade is burning the grain a little bit.

Unless that things for transport, theres no reason not to have the mags loaded and a full mag inserted in the gun. Even if it is for transport, the mags should still be loaded. The springs dont 'wear out' while compressed.

Makes me wonder if theres a market for this.

Fancy wood presentation boxes that make a lot of cigar boxes look like junk...

Too busy right now, but something I might play with in fall and gauge the interest.

Nice job! I might have lines it with felt or some other soft material (foam underneath), to cushion in a bit and avoid scratches though.

As for that round, that's a strange one. Maybe contact winchester and send them a pic, you might get something out of it.
                              Sorry, not sorry.
