Wow, first off, nice pickups. I'm a bit surprised at the Scar's packaging. Not sure why, but I figured it would come in a hard side case or something.

My Desert Tactical also came in a cardboard box. My MR762 came in a nice HK bag. You would think expensive rifles would all come in a nice bag at least.

Good "impulse buys". My impulse buys most always seem to become the smartest buys a couple years down the road.

2. You were probably going to buy the SIG at some point anyway.

3. So you dros'd the SIG while you were there to dros the rifle.

Hmm...I'm no rocket scientist but to me it sounds more like excellent time management as opposed to impulse buying. Nicely done.
