My Final Collection - No More Guns

No more guns! This is it my final collection. I have had quite a few over the years this is my selection to take me through my retirement years. I will only have money for ammo and accessories so this is it.

I have tried to select guns that will fill multiple roles: hunting, target, self-defense, CCW. Where possible I have added conversion barrels or Caliber X-change kits so I get the most versatility out of each gun. I have had to make some compromises in cost of accessories but I tried to buy the best firearm I could afford.

I hope these will be what I need; and be able to be handed down to my son when I'm gone.

On my phone, so I couldnt watch the video... Buy I read the title, and I applaud your efforts. But, as they say, the first sign of addiction is denial... or it is in my case, lol

Nice vid - great collection! Serious S&W/Sig fan I see.

How do you like the S&W 686 and 329PD?

Have been looking into a bush gun and going back and forth between the .357 and .44 - in the end will likely get both as I see two different uses for them.

Your thoughts on why you kept these two?

I carried a S&W 686 on duty before we went to autos, not the same one but I am very comfortable with it in double action more than single. It is my favorite revolver.

The 329PD is my backup bear and hog gun I use only Buffalo Bore low re-coil 44mag. in the field. AT t the range it shoot 44 special only. Very easy to carry in chest rig with either my Mossberg MVP .308 or 500 loaded with slugs. I don't travel in the wilds without it.

that's a very nice collection & thank you for the video.
I really like all the stainless steel or stainless look like the
            mossberg mariner.

the only thing that bothered me is how someone can have great taste and acquire so many beautiful firearms and then have that song, thats the worlds most annoying song...honestly silence would have been better but that's just my opinion and you're welcome to yours.

if that's what you like, it just shows gun owners come from all different points of view and tastes.
we are a real diverse bunch.

warning: to everyone be ready to turn off your volume.but definitely check out the video its a nice collection and nicely done.

The G23 pictured, does it have a 9mm barrel in it? If so which brand?
Yes I took the pic, no I didn't go swimming!

The Glock 27 does have 9mm conversion barrel and mags. Too late to change the music thought of using "Ride of the Valkyries" I like almost all music which I know is strange for an old guy.

the two Kimber 45s look very similar and I notice the Glock 27 does not have
                a 9 mm conversion barrel.unless I missed it.

Lone Wolf conversion barrels for both the 23 and 27. I only use them at the range. for CCW I carry only .40 180g. JHP. (same as agency issue).

I ask because I want a 9mm conversion for my G23. Nice collection, good job on the vid!

made me smile, yes! ride of the Valkyrie would have scored a 10 out of 10 points with me,.& I think with almost everyone here too.

I'm also old as dinosaurs and like 90% of music. so we have that in common. but that song was bad when it came out & was way over played in my humble opinion.

and it would have made your collection look more classy /"classical."

I also like how we are not revealing what that song is...

let's ask someone impartial SB 1964 if you're still looking at this or come back you have a musical quote on your tagline / signature so you would be a qualified judge.
what do you think about that song?

                          Known for being annoying

Based on viewer feed back I may update the music but not tonight, too tired.

I was known at work for annoying my co-workers so that probably explains the

the important thing is your collection is really great and you've videoed it very nicely.

you're also convinced me if I ever do one of these collection videos..

I will do it to the powerful & moving sounds of ride of the Valkyries.

                            my problem is...

right now it would only go to about half way through the first chorus with my small collection.
