Am I missing anything? Buying local vs online

Also, does your local gun shop merit your support? I have some really good ones around me but I've been to a few that seem 'bothered' by customers walking in their doors. It's strange that I get better customer service going to Chick Fil A than some gun shops.

It's almost like they don't want your business. I've dealt with the public with my previous work, and it makes me cringe to see how "bad" they treat some of their customers. I would've been canned in a day if I did half of what they do on a semi-regular basis. Ironically, their fees seem to be on the higher side, too.

That being said... Riflegear is awesome. I'd go out of my way to buy from them just 'cause they're awesome guys. Their prices are great as well. OC Firearms are also good peeps.
