I likely won't ever build an AR10 because of the price difference in lowers.
While I understand economy of scale, the R&D for the basic specs has been done and the machining does not seem to entail a greater level of difficulty.

AR-10 or LR-308? Different price points.

You should charge as much as the free market is willing to pay. That's capitalism.

I bought an un anodized 80% dpms pattern .308 from Quentin Defense for $99. Tactical machining's .308 version was $180 which I thought was a bit too steep. Tactical machinging's ar15 was $88 with anodize which I think is very good. I was willing to buy TMs ar15 but not their 308 because of price went with QD 308 instead

                      Forged or milled?

Aw hell, how about $75 for the AR15 and $125 for the AR10.

AR15 lower should be $100.00 tops. An Ar10, I have never priced them and I am in no position to make judgement

Hello thanks for all the info, our lowers are Billet. My company is focused on getting 10's around $10 more than 15's. We are currently at $89.99 for AR15 anodized and $99.99 for a .308 Anodized !

I think 80% lowers should sell for less than a comparable stripped lower. So, I can find a stripped lower for an AR15 for anywhere from $100-$170 at the cheapest, I feel like 80% lowers should sell for less than $100.
