    Who's Goin' Shootin' This Weekend?

    And where?

    I'm heading to Los Altos (Skyline Blvd.Highway 35) on Saturday with my son.
    (Prob be there around 11/12 - my son doesn't like to get up too early on sat's)
    I'm also bring my black powder pistol (along with a bunch of other guns) should be fun!

    Yea it's a bit of drive but it's great range; lots of space and you can set plastic bottles and cans (water only). Not many ranges in the bay area allow it. Shooting at paper and metal silhouettes are fun but there is something satisfying about watching something explode when it's hit with a high-powered rifle bullet!

      To far for me, but have fun.

      And Yeah blowin up water bottles is way fun, & kids really like it !

              I will be at Sac Valley shooting handguns with my daughter on Saturday Morning.

              SJ Rifle Range in Linden is having a fun shoot, unfortunately going to miss that.

                  Hmm.....very tempting, I was there last Sat testing my Colt 1911.

                  DennisCA: Not sure if you're the same "Dennis" I met earlier, are you the guy with a Beretta Px4 Storm that has a red dot sight installed? I met someone there named "Dennis" a couple of times and that was the thing I remembered. I've since been shooting lots of shotgun/trap and have not seen him for a while.

                          Nope - I don't own that type of gun

                          I haven't been out there for several months

                              SCTA meet this weekend. More fun that shooting (more relaxing, anyway).

                                  Yep, I'll be back at Sac Valley again this weekend. Have to do the Action Range Recert Sat morning so will stay and shoot for awhile
