    Fireclean w/o solvents?

If I understand this correctly, you apply fireclean to a totally clean gun, and then you wipe off the carbon after a range session with nothing else besides another light coat and maybe copper solvent every so often? That's it?

This is probably a dumb question... Still trying to wrap my head around it.

I did a search for previous fireclean threads and three came up. Kind of surprised.

Just use it like you would use any other CLP. It's good stuff.

        ^^^

This. Clean your firearm of all previous solvents and carbon, condition with Fireclean and shoot. Wipe carbon off and repeat. Can be used to clean your bore also, just run a patch through. It's stupid good but pricey, only use it on my guns that get dirty real bad. Everything else gets good ol Breakfree CLP.
