Need an FFL on the west side of LA

Looking for an FFL on the west side of LA, down through the southbay, that will receive long guns shipped from back east, and transfer them. Likely 5 or 6 in total. For a buddy of mine, and I don't want to see him get killed on the fees the FFL charges. Anyone have a good, reliable and reasonable FFL to point me to?

there a few more in the Torrance/Carson area but this is probably the closest that won't cost an arm and a leg (rettings is closer, but don't think their prices compare to Suchar).
