magpul ctr lop

probably wrong section if so i apologize

can someone tell me where lop is measured from? end plate?
or if easier can someone give me collapsed and extended measurements from the end plate?
maybe noob question but filling out form 1 and want to be correct

Standard milspec 5 position carbine buffer tube:

CTR, measured from end of receiver (measuring end plate to end of stock)

Collapsed, 7.5"
Extended, 10 3/4"
