Discussion with my Girlfriend....

Last night while messing around on here, I hear my girlfriend yell for me to come into the living room to show me something. After playing the game you come here no you come to me back and fourth for a minute (guys you know you do this with your ladies) I think to myself if i want some action later from her I better get up. I walk out there and she wants to show me what this woman did on tv to her husband's gun by pouring a bunch of mixed cement into a bucket where the gun laid at the bottom. After I explained how her funeral would play out. I showed her how the gun was fake and went and got the same gun and like a science project with a pointer I showed her the differences between the gun on tv and the one I had. Now here is my question. If your loved one distroyed one of your guns like us guys have in our full loaded safes by playing out this dumb scenario, what would u do to get the gun out of a bucket of cement?

Hmmm well since the gun would be heavier than the cement and pouring cement would push it down, then flipping the bucket over and breaking the bucket should show the gun is right there.

IF you did proper maintenance then the cement will not stick to the gun and the oil will prevent good adhesion. So should be easy to chip or pry it out with minimal damage to the gun.

If the cylinder is open or slide locked back then you pretty much as out of luck without major damage to the gun removing it.

As far as the GF...... make here go to the range with no hearing protection while shooting the largest gun you can get your hands on over and over.

That way she gets the message without going to jail.

I think I saw the specific portion of an episode of an unmentionable show that she was referring too. Absolutely disgusting those katrashians are, I keep tellin the old lady to stop watching, it just feeds them when you give them attention.

To answer your question, my loved one does not have combination to MY safe. If in unlikely event, she would manage to take possession of a pistol and immersed it in a bucket of cement, I would not try to get it out right away. I would simply tell her, that she now has to replace it with the same model, or same value pistol of my choice.

Until she does, I will not speak to her (unless we're speaking about replacement arrangements of my valued possession), and will not lift a finger around the house.

I think she'd cave in fairly quickly.

Once I had my replacement, or divorce papers, I would remove it by method Gunsmith Dan suggested and salvage whatever I could


And if it was my girlfriend, not wife, I'd make her do the same thing. And if she threatened to break up and tell me tough s**t, I'd take the wheels off her car and keep them as collateral. Once you pay for my new gun, it's in my name, and I'm in a 10 day wait, you get the wheels back. Once I pick up the gun, she gets the boot.
