Ex Girlfriend's Gun

Hi guys,

My ex gf gave me a lil .25 handgun about 20 yrs ago. I have tried to find her, but can't using all social media, old friends, connections, etc. She had just given it to me, so what do I do with it? I've kept it safely all these years. But I'm just curious now.

Time to look up the law as to when a gift needed to go through an FFL transfer.

You can do a voluntary registration for about $20

Print the form from the ca DOJ web site and mail it in with a check.

(Obviously assuming that you are not a prohibited person)

I might. But it's really sweet lil gun. Stainless finish, hardly fired a few times, and regularly cleaned/lubed when I do all other guns.

Also have a box of ammo......for HD hidden in family room.
