A year without alimony.

Last May 15,I made my last alimony payment.It was a long and difficult road.During that time I also paid off all of my debts.(Mainly credit cards).

I decided to use my new found buying power to try to buy a gun a month.Almost made it.Am happy with the reason I didn't quite make it.

Started in June.Bought a plain jane 10-22 for a future build.If you recall,they were under threat of a ban.Last June I would curse when I said Leland Yee.Now I laugh.

July-I came across a great deal on a mint S&W model 18.

August-I picked up a Polish WZ-48 .22 trainer.My last legal face to face,cash and carry Curio and Relic.

Sept.-Walked into LGS,saw Ruger rimfire American.Bought on the spot.Impulse buy.Still need scope and rings.

Oct.-Ruger 10-22 takedown.Wanted one since they came out.

Nov.-Picked up a very nice Mossberg 144LSB .22 target rifle.

Dec.-Dan Wesson CBOB,Merry Christmas to me.

Jan.-LGS had a nice old 870 on consignment for a price I couldn't pass up.

Feb.-Sig 556R been on my list for a while.Now It's in my safe.

Mar.-Bought an unfired S&W model 17 from a fellow Calgunner.

April-My youngest daughter needed some financial help.I was happy to be able to help her.

May-(Today)I picked up a Sig 227.SSEd at Solar Tactical in Livermore.

Going to slow down now.Was a good year.

Need a bigger coffee table.Also just did the math.I've got $4000 left for ammo.

You need to buy more handguns to pair them with your long guns. Also, get a longer coffee table.

I also bought a .22 last June when sb 374 was still a threat. Now only if .22 ammo was available

$4,000 will go a long way for ammo. Heck, you can even afford jacked up .22 ammo pricing Seriously though, time to stock up on ammo. Maybe add a CZ, too

It was fun.My taste in guns is kind of obvious.Like .22s (and .45s).Happily already have a nice CZ and a good safe.
