Gallery of Guns Tracking Number?

I have never used Gallery of Guns (GoG) before and placed an order on the 12th. I immediately received the Proforma Invoice. Tonight, I received a Shipping Confirmation that said my rifle was sent via FedEx Standard Overnight. That e-mail doesn't have a tracking number. Is that normal?

I can't address the tracking number issue, but I've used Gallery of Guns/Gun Genie twice for purchases, and I've never been anything but completely satisfied with them! If they say it's shipped, then it likely has. I'd call the receiving shop at the end of the day tomorrow.

Yep, no tracking...but if you contact them, they will track for you.

TheBest - we don't send tracking numbers to the consumer as the shipment is actually going to the FFL. We used to provide this number but, believe it or not, we had a few occasions of people trying to intercept the shipment before it got to the FFL. Hope this helps and thanks for the order!

Thanks for the info. It would be great if all the GoG information/FAQs/videos were updated as such because all indications from the website said I'd be receiving a tracking number.

You're absolutely right. We have all that info updated, but for some reason the "How it works?" video hasn't been swapped out yet. I'm on it...
