If you can only have one, which would it be?

I already have a completed 80% 308 lower. All it needs is a complete upper, buffer and spring.
I've been eyeing a DPMS Oracle as my cheap start up build. I actually wanted to have a lightweight build, so the barrel would have to be re-profiled later on.
But now that I'm starting to see parts becoming available, out comes the news on Peruta, and the possibility of Cali becoming a "shall issue" State.

I already have an AR15 and a double stack 9mm pistol. But with the possibility of the bill, that may get rid of doing SSE on off roster guns, I also wanted to get a sub compact Kahr CM9.

But now the issue is, I can only get one. Maybe I can get the other next year, but thats months aways, and a lot of things can still happen.
What do you think I should get first, and why?

Get whatever you want, the Kahr CM9 isn't on roster but the CW9 is. It is only .5" larger in height and length and 1.8oz heaver, still a very small hand gun.

If you are looking for an off roster pistol I would do that first because SSE will probably go bye bye after this year.
