Are we talking the subsonic 9mm cartridge developed for the spetznaz in conjunction with a suppressor? Or say, 9x19mm carbine?

Because I don't want the latter but sign me up for the former. In black, please.
So I was driving home from the range and I noticed that the scent of warm steel, burnt gunpowder and lukewarm coffee combined and smelled oddly of... Peanut butter?! Man, the Hoppe's is going to my head.

It's chambered in 9x19mm and is a semi-auto civilian market version of the Izhmash Vityaz-SN submachinegun.

They are still developing a "sporting purpose" version that would be approved for importation into the USA. No ETA for US market. Projected MSRP $925.

MOLOT has their own version (VEPR-9) which uses Glock magazines.
They are also working on a "sporting purpose" version that would be approved for importation into the USA. No ETA for US market. Projected MSRP $1100.

Omg it's time to start saving up for that saiga 9. These look so much more appealing than any other 9mm rifles out there right now.

I'd grab a VEPR over a Saiga, no matter how much I love Saigas.

That said I don't need a 9x19mm kalashnikov. Thanks but no thanks, was excited at the thought of 9x39mm guns entering our markets though...

Did not know Vepr also was making a 9mm ak that uses glcok mags...
                      Thats a hard one:
Saiga with 9mm ak mags that look right on the gun
                      Or-
vepr that uses glock magazines but looks a bit off....
                      either way:
                      Ill get both.
Was going to wait for the m1 carbine in 9mm from citadel but for about double the price, i definately will wait for the saiga or vepr!

Bought time we had a new 9mm carbine hit the market. The stuff out there now is crap (besides the hi point).

You can build a quality ar-15 style 9mm carbine that accepts glock mags for around $1000.00.

                            This is true.

Also depending on how much money you want spend you can build one in .40S&W, .357SIG, .45GAP, .45ACP and 10x25mm that also uses Glock magazines.

I'd trust a saiga or vepr over a 9mm ar any day. 90% of the threads about 9mm AR's seem to be about something not working or broken parts.
