    selling at gunshow question

i understand that many rent a booth space to sell products but can buyers sell while looking around?
Ive seen some people (people who came to buy) walking around with a backpack that would have a ar15 stock zip tied to their backpack advertising they were selling it, or others who have a list on their chest stating the rifles they were selling.
is this okay to do at gun shows?

Yes, but the transfer still has to go thru an FFL. There are FFLs at the Gun Shows that will do the paperwork and hold the weapon for 10 Days with the Fee. ($35)

Otherwise you will both have to find an FFL that is handy for both of you.

Some shows prohibit attendees from having signs while walking around, but I've never seen anything prohibiting attendees from selling anything.
I'd say probably half of the people who purchase tables at gun shows are there mainly to buy! Those old guys with the crazy high prices aren't looking to sell... just walk by their table with a gun case and watch them jump up and start a conversation with you

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.
