Not surprising after that duck commander thing, mossberg needed to appeal to the tactical crowd as well as the hunting guys. Besides, the stuff in that picture actually looks reasonable compared to

I always thought Mossberg was kind of cheap, but now they're just retarded.

Partnering up with a shop like Red Jacket is like leaving your car at home and taking the short bus to school so you can save gas.

lol in the FB picture the red jacket guys are just holding Mossberg 500 flex's and the MVP rifles.

Like they couldn't even find anything other than those 2 types of guns.

Maybe the special boys down at red jacket will duct tape 3 Mossberg 500's together and make the worlds first pump action mini gun.

It amazes me that despite the huge amount of hatred towards RJF, a company like mossberg would partner with them.

I'm a Remington guy, but I really hope I'm wrong when I say that mossy might be putting the nails into their own coffin with this one. I really can't imagine this resulting in any kind of profit in the long run.

It might be beneficial, but only IF the Red Jacket team really work on the shotguns and enhance them before they're sold to the public. I don't mind seeing/buying a Red Jacket enhanced Mossberg shotgun, something that is super smooth, super refined, well made and supremely reliable.

Something like what AI&P Tactical and Wilson Combat does for the Remington 870 series is what I have min mind. Benelli also has their "Performance Shop" series of shotguns that are enhanced by other gunsmiths before being sold to the public.

If it is more like their JM Pro series where Mossberg simply stick a name on their regular gun, maybe throw on a few zombie/tacticool stuff on it, then sell it for a premium, then I don't think it'll work out too well.
