    Transporting Ammunition?

What are the rules of transporting ammunition in and into the state of California?

This means transporting from one location to another and transporting into the state of California from lets say Nevada.

And not just like 1000 rounds but more into the 10s of thousands of rounds into the state of California.

My reasoning this is that with the law preventing purchases of online sales, there will profitable opprotunities to drive into and out of the state with large sums of ammunition for delivery to ranges or even localities. I wouldn't mind myself getting into the legal gun trade.

Well, for one, once you start acting as a delivery service you would have to abide by ICC regulations for the transport of hazardous materials.

If you're selling it then you.....need a business license, a resale lincense, are responsible for paying the sales tax to the state etc.

I dunno what the issue would be, ammo is any ammo, as long as its the same stuff sold here and legal, I don't see the issue, not like you get inspected in and out of CA/NV my last two times into NV and coming out the way back into CA was no stop, it just had some sign and you just keep driving through, no stops, and when I shoot some limited matches in NV I get ammo there, and drive home with it, as far as I know its nothing illegal, if it is then please let me know LMAO

As long as it's for personnal use there's no problem. Unless your vehicle can't handle the weight

BTW, if you go to the Reno show, you could always give Miwall a copy of your DL. Then order online from Outdoor marksman since it's owned by Miwall.

What about bringing in for resale I'll get craploads of factory ammunition and sell it cheaper than you could get online.
