Lets encourage all 3rd world countries to enter our Armed Services.

This is real close to being the perfect example of how Gun Control does not work.
1) No guns allowed on base (no RKBA for self (& country) defense.
2) If you are on the base you need to register your firearm with your CO.
3) He was under medical care for mental health issues.
4) There are road blocks checking for illegal firearms & stuff.

But still a mad man can do what mad men do until he is confronted with a good guy (girl) with a gun.
