    Ammo Grab:Feds Raid USA Brass

Looks like Uncle Sam is making another move on ammo. With allegations regarding environmental law violation, FBI, EPA along with others, moved in on USA Brass' Bozeman offices this past Thursday.

What's next? They can use elevated levels of lead in employees blood to shutdown or fine a lot of ranges. I know that OSHA requires range employees to get blood tests or at least they started doing it at the old range I used to work for.

If they can't ban guns than they'll make it more and more expensive for us to get ammo and places for us to shoot.

If they had 22 current and former employees demonstrating that the required safety nets aren't stopping hazards, screw them.

Yea that is hard to say its an ammo grab by feds when there are 22 employees/former employees with elevated amounts of lead in their blood leading to possible kidney disease and failure. If they were putting the employees at risk without putting in proper safe guards then they needed to be shut down, especially if they had already been fined for it.

          So the questions keep forming

What company has had blood drawn on its employees?
How did the Feds get the blood samples?
Did they have access to employee physicals and personal medical history? Did an employee file a complaint?

Lots of other questions that all fall into the same category- as a third party, I have no expectation to have the answers revealed as it is an ongoing event

it sounds like they knew their employees were being exposed to lead and did nothing about it while continuing to operate. I don't know why the FBI is involved, what made it a Federal case.
