What has always helped me to get responses and results from large corporations that would not normally write back is making it clear I am sending copies of the letter to everyone! Google addresses of every media outlet you know and put the address on the letter.

I am sure you sent it by now and good for you. Don't let the "Nah-Sayers" ruin your moment. If all of us would ban together and write these letters of disgust about our laws and politicians, we would cause elected officials to notice. We also might get a few news sources to get involved. So by all means send away. Its high time we take back this once glorious state and be proud to call California our home again. We are the laughing stock of the United States and anyone who has lived in other states and moved back to California, will agree.
