Need some help pricing used guns

I've been asked for some help from a family friend to price out some guns that were left behind when her husband passed away.

So far I only have a list and have no idea of the quality or owner status of these guns.

Of course a couple caught my attention and I have a general idea of what to tell her to expect to get, but some of them didn't even show up in a Google search.

That's where I need your help Calguns. Can you all give me your honest opinion on price? I have to assume they are all in good to excellent condition and low round count considering who owned them. Thanks in advance for the help CGN.

1. Remington model 2A - 22 cal

2. Stevens model 887 semi-auto - 22 cal

3. Ruger 10/22 - not sure of the year

4. Remington 700 - assuming older model (2 of these)

5. Eddystone 1917

6. Ruger single six

7. Colt trooper mkIII .357 - barrel length unknown

maybe a you thought of this already but I'd go to gunbroker.com and look for firearms that were similar.
I think there's a way to see what they're selling for, not the price is that are being asked.

and write down some number numbers to get it average for each.

there Is always two prices though ..
prices when you want to sell it now ...
and prices when you have time to get the most money for it.

+1 on gunbroker.com there is a page where you can look up guns that have sold to get the price. Or you can bookmark a similar gun and look at it after the auction closes.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did take a look at gunbroker but couldn't find the Remington model 2A even in Google. Maybe a typo on the list?

Looks like lsbauctions might be a good choice for her since I read they will come out to look at the guns.

get a blue book of gun values

3. Ruger 10/22 - not sure of the year -- $150

4. Remington 700 - assuming older model (2 of these) -- $400-500

6. Ruger single six -- $250-325


condition means a lot, and guns like Eddystone have a wide range of value depending on rarity and condition.
