Went to the CADOJ and can only find your allowed one handgun in 30 days.

so when does the 30 days start and stop.?

My pick up date is Aug 12 for the handgun i'm doing my 10 day wait period.

so i can not start my new 10 day wait until 11 Sept

Also keep in mind the 1 in 30 does not apply to private party transfers or consignment sales. Unless you buy in the city of Los Angeles. They have a municipal code that requires 1 in 30 for any handgun purchase within city limits.

You can buy in LA then buy out of LA within the 30 days, though. Your purchases in LA are the only ones restricted.

Hell, LA is right behind San Francisco for stupid. Not just stupid laws, just plain stupid.
