Hey everyone,
Has anyone seen this video before? It deals with the scenario where, God forbid, Martial Law is declared and FEMA will enter your premises and confiscate ALL firearms under the protection of the US Military.
Now with this nightmare in mind, I started to wonder if search and seizures will be targeted or systematic (door to door, house to house).
I've done a bit a research and I've come to the conclusion that a targeted search and seizure is totally possible under Martial Law where citizens have no rights, no constitution, no amendments. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
All handguns acquired AFTER January 1, 1991 are Registered with the State through DROS.
All long guns acquired AFTER January 1, 2014 are Registered with the State through DROS.
All respective firearms acquired BEFORE those dates are NOT Registered with the State. In which, the only record would be in the FFL who did the DROS in the first place - which is subject to having information papers lost / destroyed / recycled. Even if those records miraculously survived potential "accidents", they may contain outdated information, requiring the use of the DMV database and/or other souces for updated personal info. A very tedious process.
Now back to the nightmare scenario, lol. If this SHTF scenario is not plausible, why would it be addressed, discussed, and practiced?
What would you do if this were to happen to you in SHTF?
