What Concerns do you have with this upper?

I normally buy high end uppers & parts and was looking for something to put together for the wife.
What concerns would you have buying this upper??

Not using the optic but as for a basic lower, why is this so darn cheap?

It's a non chrome-lined barrel if you care about that. Since none of my rifles are likely to be used in the jungle or with corrosive ammo, I wouldn't have a problem with that upper, it's a screaming deal for a range toy.

I'm thinking, If the deal is too good to be true, it probably is not a good buy.

Concerned about the little discloser I see....

You don't need chrome lined barrels anyways and can shoot whatever you want just clean it good. Barrels are so cheap these days and would not hurt to have a few on hand.

That mil spec thing is because all the parts are mil spec.

They can not advertise the parts or violate their discount.

Do some research....people have traced back where Palmetto gets their parts...you will be happy.

No BCG or CH. Buy an IceArms BCG for $89 -10% for calguns members and CHs are about $25.

I ordered that last week. In another 2 weeks when PSA gets around to shipping it out and I actually get out to shoot it, I'll post a range report. For some reason I'm actually a little excited about it. I think I'll have a AR for less than $500 after I'm done.
