Sig 2022 price feedback

A friend cracked the slide on his 2022 9mm and wants to sell everything but the slide for $275

Is that a decent price for a decent (mostly complete) handgun?

Are replacement slides easy to find?

Price is OK.

Have you thought of calling SIG and seeing what it costs to have a new slide fitted?

He just offered it to me. Sig not answering phones on weekends but plan on calling on Monday.

I doubt that you can find a Sig 2022 slide for $100. A new slide would probably cost you ~ $200 or more.

I suggest to call Sig first before you buy.
