Seems like they are going around bullying anyone associated with %80 lowers? Are they acting within the law or just intimidating honest law abiding folks?

Pretty much all of the CNC guys have been served cease and desist letters or gotten shutdown from a visit from what hear. I haven't seen any evidence they are being perused criminally for "helping" yet. It's probably been discussed already but isn't the BATFE stating that the 80% lowers are complete and the FCP is filled in with the different colored polymer?
The technically correct way to manufacture one is to create the FCP then pour the receiver over it.
They are splitting hairs if this is what it's about.
All of the 80% Polymer lowers with the 2 colors look mostly the same. One company makes a single use polymer jig for theirs.
I wonder if it's one MFR and all the other companies are re-sellers.sigpic
