Glendale or Costa Mesa?

Miwall will probably be at both, both Costa Mesa is the bigger show. -
whichever's closer to you... it'll all be around the same price (whatever you buy). pretty much the savings will be negated by gas.
however, costa mesa does charge to park there while glendale does not.CRPA Lifetime MemberComment

I like Glendale... it feels like being in a highschool gym full of guns. It seems to keep getting better, even if better is like the difference between a kick in the groin and a kick in the face.

Costa Mesa is about three times as bigger. And everytime I've been to Costa Mesa (~3), I've never been charged for parking.
Plus Costa Mesa is only 15 minutes away from me, whereas Glendale is more like an hour away.Comment

I've been to over a dozen Costa Mesa shows and never once had to pay for parking. I didn't have to use any special favors to get free parking either.
The only advantage I see in going to the Glendale show is that you will probably be able to park closer so you won't have to haul your ammo as far to get it to your car. For the red dot, I'd think the Costa Mesa show would be better since there are more vendors there."All bad precedents began as justifiable measures." Julius CaesarComment

Parking at Costa Mesa is free if you use the first lot after entering off Fairview. They do tend to charge at least n the mornings for the second lot which is a bit closer to the entrance plus even more for the preffered. The free parking is to follow the signs to the vendors parking and find a spot.Comment

Either one you will end up paying about the same for ammo as far as an optic goes I would get one from the Net that way you wont run the risk of getting a "clone", Glendale is about 20 mins from me so I will be going to pick up ammo and Ill go to costa mesa to look around and check it out for the day...
2 cents again.
