Quick FFL question.

If I have an FFL in the DRK am I allowed to purchase post 1987 class 3 guns?
I know I can bypass the assault weapons ban and mag cap ban but what about class 3?

If you also have your SOT, you can buy post-86 MG as dealer samples. You will need a letter from a LE agency requesting a demo. That is how it works federally.

You'd also need to deal with CADOJ to get the proper CA MG permts.
