Better solution - get the work done in Europe - Hungary and indeed Czech Republic are brilliant for dental work - much better than the rest of Western Europe and indeed the USA !

If it was my friend (has his own dental practice in Vegas... actually he and his other buddies have their own practices), they're all into firearms and would probably take a firearm as part of a payment

Keep the Springfield as it holds more uses than the Colt. (ie. can't CCW an AR).

You can always pick up a stripped AR lower and build as money allows.

I've been in your situation. My jaw is still recovering from the removal of the teeth next is a bone graft to rebuild after that i can start on my implants.

There was a thread here about getting dental work done in Mexico. Waaaay cheaper than here in the states. Maybe look into going that route?

ditto< same dentists, lower prices and a cheap trip south. park on our side walk across. I have seen the signs from their offices.
