So today I went to turners and had a used gun transferred to the Riverside store from another store. I gun was a Star B in 9mm for $199.99. I called the other store and he said it came with 2 magazines and a holster. I paid, the guy from the other store called said he could only find one magazine. The cheapest magazines I have founf are from Nurmich and are $35. each. Should I keep the gun and just buy another magazine, or get a refund? The magazine cost 20% of what I paid for the gun. I also called the other store and talked to the manager about looking for the other mag and holster, they just took the gun in a few days ago.

A similar thing happened to me once. Several years ago(about 10), I bought a L1A1 at turners, and it was supposed to have 2 mags. When I picked it up, it only had one mag, and it was metric not inch. I presented the problem, and not only did they get the replacement inch mags, but they got me 3, at no extra charge. Turners used to be very cool, but now? I'm not so sure. I would try to get my money back...if there is no penalty. Let them put it back on the market....who knows..they may lower the price since it doesn't have the holster and extra magazine. Worse case is that they put it back up at the same price...and if you still really want it then buy it for the same price. I asked for a discount, but that was a no go. They also said they don't want to buy a magazine from egunparts.com since Star is out of business. I am going to give them a few days to find the other mag and holster, then I think I am going to cancel it.Comment
