I have had a Tenn CCW for 13 years and just like here people misinterpret it.
You can CCW here in CA TGIF because it is not a PRIMARY for alcohol sales. Its Primary is a restaurant.
Tenn CCW rules are the same but worded different...
READ THE BOLD... You have to be at the "TGIF" AND consuming Alcohol.

Finished her book not to long ago, wasn't bad but Suzana Hupps? Lubys to the legislature was a better read. Her statement in the book that after watching both her parents die, quite possibly because she followed the law, something along the lines of "I would rather be in jail with a felony charge and have my parents still be alive" makes you really think about target rich environments.Comment

A request is a request not an order or a law. Gas stations request you shut off your car and not use your cell phone while pumping gas. Have you ever done either of those.
There is a reason concealed carry is just that, its no ones business.
If the state has made an exception for me to carry on school grounds than carrying at wal mart isnt going to be an issue..
