Preferred way to mount a light & switch?

Figured I try this in Gen Gun.

Picked up a surefire M600 with the KM2 head for a decent price. Wondering where the best place to mount the switch would be? Would like to see pic's of your set-up.

I assume most right handed shooters prefer the light on the left side of the rail?

Best spot for the tape switch and does it really stick on and stay on?

Do you prefer pressing the switch with your thumb or fingers while holding the rifle?

I'm right handed if that matters. Will not be adding a vertical grip (featureless) but may add an angled grip. This upper is a monolithic with QD sling mounts at the very front on each side of the rail. I use the the right side for a sling.

See attached pic for the way I usually hold the rifle. May have to change?

    Thanks for your input!

Hard to see I know, but I have the switch on the top of the rail just behind the front sight. I shoot with my right thumb on top of the sight if I want the light on I just move my thumb back to the switch
